摘要
目的探讨数字化X射线摄影技术(DR)床边机的临床应用价值及保养。方法各选取100例检查者,对DR床边机日常使用比较多的科室进行摄影,并分析其摄影技术、照片的评价指标及设备维护保养。结果 DR床边机与普通床边机比较,显示其特有的临床应用优势。各组照片质量甲级片率分别为:急诊监护组62.0%,骨科组64.0%,手术室组76.0%,平均甲级片率达到67.3%。通过对机器维护保养,机器运行良好。结论 DR床边机以其特有的优势和功能,提高了床边照片甲级片率和工作效率,并体现出其特有的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical value and maintenance of digital radiography（DR） bedside X-ray machine. Methods A total of 100 cases in the departments more daily using of DR bedside X-ray machine were examined. The photography, photo evaluation index and equipment maintenance were analyzed. Results Compared with the normal bedside X-ray machine, DR bedside X -ray machine showed its unique clinical advantages. The photo quality of emergency care unit, orthopedics and the operating room were assessed as grade A in 62.0 %, 64.0 % and 76.0 %. The average rate was 67.3 %, on maintenance machine, the machine run well. Conclusion Because of its unique advantages and functions, DR mobile X-ray machine not only improves bedside photo quality and efficiency, but also reflects its unique clinical value.
