摘要
以学生体质监测结果中肺活量体重指数不及格大学生为研究对象,采用分组实验的方法,研究有氧运动对大学生心肺功能的影响,统计结果显示:经过8周有氧运动的实验组大学生实验前、后在肺活量、肺活量体重指数上具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),在台阶试验指数上具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而按照以往方式生活、学习的对照组大学生各项数值变化很小,揭示了有氧运动对改变大学生体质的良好效应。
Taking the vital capacity and weight index of college students who fail in test in fitness monitoring result as research subject, and using the method of group experiment, this paper studied the influence of aerobics exercise on cardiorespiratory function of college students. The result showed that after 8 weeks, the experimental group which experiments with the aerobic exercise program produces very noticeable difference both in vital capacity and body weight exponent (p0.01) and noticeable difference in step test index (p0.05). Compared with the former, the other groups of students, who live in the normal way of their life and learning, have little change in the above items. Therefore, it reveals that the aerobic exercise can brings good effects on improving the physic fitness of college students.
