透过体育教育专业毕业生的就业现状对高校创新人才培养工作的思考

Consideration on Innovating Personnel Culture in Colleges and Universities Based on the Current Situation of Graduates' Employment in Physical Education Major

运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,通过对体育教育专业毕业生的就业现状以及高校体育教育专业的培养目标、课程设置进行调查分析后,认为:要改变当前体育教育专业毕业生"就业面扩大而就业率下降"的就业现状,高校应该根据社会需求重新定位培养目标,据此,从体育教育专业培养目标、专业课程设置以及学生综合能力培养三个方面提出创新观点。

The training target, curriculum design, current situation of employment of graduates of physical education major in Chinese general colleges and universities were surveyed and analyzed by interviewing experts and consulting literature. And the results showed that the rate of the employment of graduates who majored in physical education was declining, while the range of employment was getting wider. If the current situation of employment was changed in university, the training target should be built afresh based on the needs of the society. So innovation of personnel culture was proposed from training target, professional courses design and cultivating students＇ comprehensive ability.
