Study on Legal Responsibility of Injury Accident in Swimming Teaching

在游泳教学中,伤害事故常有发生,作为学校、游泳教师和游泳场,所关心的是如何加强安全、避免事故以及发生事故后如何区分责任事故和非责任事故。本文尝试从游泳教学事故的成因及法律角度对事故的责任进行分析,明确各方的职责,以减少各种伤害和杜绝重大事故的发生。

Injury accidents often happen in swimming teaching. Schools, swimming coaches and natatoriums concern about how to ensure safety, avoid accidents and how to differentiate between liability accidents and no liabi-lity accidents. This paper aims to analyze the liability for the swimming teaching accidents by studying the courses of the accidents from legal aspect in order to minimize various kinds of harm and prevent serious accidents.
