艺术体操对老年人身体成分和心肺功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选取温州老年大学和社区183人为研究对象,进行一年的艺术体操练习,每周3次,每次90分钟。试验前后一周内对受试者的身体成分和心肺功能进行测试,研究艺术体操对老年人身体成分和心肺功能的影响。结果显示:试验后老年人BMI、WHR、体脂率都明显小于试验前;肺活量增大、每搏输出量增、最大摄氧量和射血分数都明显增大,心肌的收缩能力明显增强。说明经常参加艺术体操锻炼能够提高老年人的身体机能,延缓衰老。 Taking 183 elderly people from Wenzhou Adult University for one-year's artistic gymnastics exercise,three times per week,90 min for each time.The body composition and cardiorespiratory function of subjects was tested before and after one-week experiment,the influence on elder people was studied.The result showed that after experiment,the BMI,WHR body fat rate was obviously smaller than that of before experiment.The ability of vital capacity,cardio output per beat,maximal oxygen uptake was significantly increased and ejection fraction and myocardial contractility was significantly enhanced.It showed artistic gymnastics exercises could improve physical function of elderly people and delayed aging.
