体教专业健美操教学训练一体化的理论与实践研究

Practical Research on Integration of Teaching and Training in Aerobics Education

随着经济体制的改革,我国"全民健身计划"和"奥运争光战略"同步推行,体育教育从根本上摆脱了"粗放型"模式走上"集约型"发展的健康道路,同时也使我国体教专业人才培养模式面临着前所未有的挑战。根据这一形势本文突破以往的教学与训练分化的状况,引入"教学训练一体化"理念,并理论联系实际的采用"教学训练课"的形式运用到体教专业健美操人才的培养中,取得了教学、训练双丰收,由此验证了体教专业健美操专业人才新型培养模式的可行性;同时也证明"教学训练一体化"理论在培养体教专业人才中的可行性与科学性。

With the reform of economic system,the National Fitness Program and Olympic Glorious Strategy are pushed forwarded together.It made the training model of professional talents in normal college physical education majors confronting unprecedented challenge.In the case of this situation,this paper draws cultivating model of the integration of teaching and training into cultivating aerobics professional talents by linking theory with practice.The success proves the feasibility of the new cultivating model for aerobics professional talents in the physical education majors.Meanwhile,it also proves the feasibility of this new teaching and training model for the cultivating professional talents in physical education majors in normal college and university.
