瑜伽起源于印度,是东方最古老的强身术之一,它以其独有的魅力在各个健身馆、高校等流行起来,迅速成为当前最时尚的健身方式。健身瑜伽能够塑身健体,调节身心,舒缓情绪。在高校开展健身瑜伽有助于大学生缓解学习压力,增强体育意识,促进身心发展,对高校培养全面发展型人才产生了积极作用。
Yoga originated in India,it is one of the oldest physical operation in the East,which popular with its unique charm in every gym and college,quickly became the most fashionable fitness approach.Yoga can sculpt body fitness,adjust mental and physical condition and relieve feelings.The development of yoga in college can help to ease the learning pressure of students,enhance sports awareness and promote physical and mental develop-ment,which played a positive effect of cultivate all-round development human resources in Chinese university.
