河南省县级中学体育师资现状与对策研究

Research on Physical Education Teacher’s Condition in Middle Schools in Hunan Province

本文采用问卷调查法对河南省9个地级市的45所县级中学体育教师的年龄结构、学历层次、职称结构和福利待遇及科研情况的现状进行了全面而系统的调查与分析。结果表明,河南省县级中学体育教师存在着年龄结构偏高、学历层次较低、职称结构不尽合理、福利待遇较差、科研水平不高等现实问题。针对存在的问题,提出了一些相应的改进措施与发展对策。

By using the method of questionnaire,this paper makes investigation on age,education,title structure,welfare treatment and research level from 45 middle schools in Henan province.The result shows that there are many problems including age,education,title structure,welfare treatment.Based on existing problems,some corresponding measurement and suggestions are put forward.
