摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑思辨法、访谈法,从系统观出发,对我国学校军训与学校体育发展现状进行了研究。认为:1.)我国学校军训与学校体育的发展与外部环境关系是:随着环境和谐度的增长,学校军训力度减小,而学校体育的力度增大。环境和谐度减小,则反之。2.)我国学校军训与学校体育发展的内部环境:一是管理机构的微观系统(校内)存在互补性缺陷,二是课程改革效果有待加强,三是教师身份认识模糊;这些内部环境问题(还有指导思想),实际是他们的关系没有理顺,没有明白何者是第一位,何者是第二位。
Through using the method of literature review,logical analysis,interview and view of system,this paper made analysis on development condition of school military training and physical education in China. The result shows that 1) Relation of our school military training and school physical education development external environment is as follow:along with the environment harmony's growth,school military training dynamics reduction,but school physical education dynamics increasing. 2) Our school military training and school physical education development internal environment is as follow:First,management structure's microscopic system (in school) has the complement flaw; second,the curriculum reform effect still need to be strengthened; third,teachers status lack of clear understanding. These internal environment problem (also the guiding principle),are actually their relations that have not straightened out,and has not understood that which one is first,which one is second.
