河南省中学体育教师继续教育现状调查与对策

Investigation on Current Condition of Middle School Physical Education Further Education in Henan Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对河南省的18个地市教育部门工作的干部、学校的领导和体育教师进行了调查,并分析了河南省体育教师继续教育的现状,提出改进河南省中学体育教师继续教育的对策和建议。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and expert interview, this paper investigates the officers of the education department, school leaders and physical education teachers in 18 cities of Henan province, analyzes the current situations of physical education teachers＇ further education and provides some solutions and suggestions for improving physical education teachers＇ further education.
