运动表象训练法在足球基本技术教学中的运用研究

Application of Exercise Imaginary Training Method in Football Basic Skill Teaching

遵循现代化教学思想和足球技战术教学规律,结合运动表象教学法,设计出一套全新的教学模式,并成功进行了对照实验,发现在足球教学中运用表象训练法能调动学生自主学习能力,有利于学生掌握正确的技术动作,并能提高学生合理运用技术动作的能力。

Following the modern teaching ideas and football technical and tactical teaching pattern,combining with the exercise imaginary training method,this paper designs a set of new teaching model,and has successfully carried out a controlled experiment.The result shows that the imaginary training method can promote student＇s self-learning ability,enhance to master correct technique and skill and improve student to use movement skill rationally.
