新疆拳击项目目前在国内处于优势地位,并且逐步形成了集团优势。形成优势的因素主要包括务实的发展战略和规划;组织机构的深化改革以及"一条龙训练体制"的建立与发展;竞赛制度、管理体制的成功改革等。依据新疆拳击优势项目的成因,结合新疆的实际情况对继续发展和保持拳击优势项目的地位提出了几点建议。

Currently,boxing event of Xinxiang keeps advanced position and forms a group of advantageous gradually.The main factors include the development of practical strategies and planning,organizations of the reform,the establishment and development of the coordinated process of training institutions,the successful reform of competition system management,and so on.According to the causes of Xinxiang boxing advantages,and combine with Xinxiang practical situation,some suggestions are put forward for keeping the development of boxing superior event.
