寿胎丸加减方对超排卵小鼠种植窗期子宫内膜整合素β3蛋白表达的影响

Effects of Modified Shutaiwai Recipe on Protein Expression of Integrin β3 in Endometrium of Controlled Ovarian Hyper Stimulation Mouse at the Implantation Window

目的探讨寿胎丸加减方对超排卵小鼠种植窗期子宫内膜整合素β3蛋白表达的影响。方法将70只昆明未孕小鼠按随机数字表法分为3组:中药组30只、阿司匹林组30只和对照组10只。建立控制性排卵小鼠模型。模型建立成功后,中药组、阿司匹林组、对照组分别给予寿胎丸加减中药、阿司匹林、0.9%氯化钠注射液进行干预。在小鼠种植窗期取子宫中段组织,采用免疫组化PV二步法检测子宫内膜组织中整合素β3蛋白的表达。结果中药组小鼠子宫内膜整合素β3蛋白强阳性表达率明显高于阿司匹林组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。阿司匹林组小鼠子宫内膜整合素β3蛋白强阳性表达率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论寿胎丸加减方可提高超排卵小鼠种植窗期子宫内膜整合素β3蛋白的表达水平,改善子宫内膜的容受性。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Shoutaiwai recipe on protein expression of integrin β3 in endometrium of controlled ovarian hyper stimulation mouse at the implantation window.Methods 70 cases of KunMing nonpregnant mouse were randomly divided into 3 groups by number table method：30 cases of the traditional chinese medicine group,30 cases of the aspirin group and 10 cases of the control group.model of controlled ovarian hyper stimulation mouse were built.After model successfully building,the traditional chinese medicine group,the aspirin group and the control group were given modified Shoutaiwai recipe traditional chinese medicine,aspirin and 0.9% sodium chloride injection respectively.middle segment of mouse uterus at the implantation window were gotten,then the integrin β3 protein expression of endometrium were detected by immunohistological PV two-steps method.Results The endometrial strong positive protein expression rates of integrin β3 in the traditional chinese medicine group were statistic significantly higher than that in the aspirin and the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）,while the strong positive protein expression rates of integrin β3 in the aspirin group was statistic significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Modified shoutaiwai recipe could improve the endometrial receptivity of controlled ovarian hyper stimulation mouse by increasing the protein expression of integrin β3 in their endometrial at the implantation window.
