摘要
目的探讨水芹水提取液抗心律失常的作用机理。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分成4组,每组10只,即:对照组、胺碘酮组(100 mg.kg-1)、水芹水提取液小剂量组(50 mg.kg-1)、水芹水提取液大剂量组(100 mg.kg-1)。通过制作哇巴因诱发大鼠心律失常模型,观察各组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图,记录心律失常的出现时间和持续时间,并测定心肌组织中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性。结果与对照组相比,水芹水提取液大小剂量组、胺碘酮组能有效推迟心律失常的出现时间,缩短心律失常的持续时间,并可提高心肌组织Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结论水芹水提取液可能是通过改善心肌组织Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性来发挥其抗心律失常的作用。
Objective To study the antiarrhythmic mechanism of Oenanthe Stolonifera DC water extract.Method Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely,control group,Amiodarone treatment group(100 mg·kg-1),low dose Oenanthe Stolonifera DC water extract treatment group(50 mg·kg-1),high dose Oenanthe Stolonifera DC water extract treatment group(100 mg·kg-1).Arrhythmia models were induced by ouabain,then we observed the electrocardiogram,counted the onset time and duration of arrhythmia,measured the levels of Na+-K+-ATP ase.Results Compared with normal saline,Oenanthe Stolonifera DC water extract and amiodarone could prolong the onset time of arrhythmia reducee the duration of arrhythmia,and enhanced the activity of Na+-K+-ATP ase.Conclusion Oenanthe Stolonifera DC water extract has antiarrythmia function by improving Na+-K+-ATP ase activity of myocardium.
