摘要
目的研究胃喜舒颗粒的抗胃溃疡作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用大鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、幽门结扎型胃溃疡、盐酸乙醇型胃溃疡、慢性乙酸型胃溃疡4种模型进行实脸,观察胃喜舒颗粒对实验性胃溃疡的抗溃疡作用。检测幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性和慢性乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠胃溃疡周围组织NO、SOD、MDA水平,探讨胃喜舒颗粒抗溃疡的作用机制。结果胃喜舒颗粒可显著降低水浸应激型胃溃疡、幽门结扎型胃溃疡、盐酸乙醇型胃溃疡、慢性乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠溃疡指数。胃喜舒颗粒能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性,提高慢性乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠胃组织NO、SOD水平,降低MDA水平。结论胃喜舒颗粒有明显的抗胃溃疡作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性,提高胃组织NO、SOD水平,降低MDA水平有关。
Objective To study the effect of Weixishu granular formulation on the experimental gastric ulcer and to investigate the potential mechanism.Methods Four rat models of experimental ulcer,including water immersion and restraint stress-induced ulcer,pyloric ligation-induced ulcer,hydrochloric acid alcohol-induced ulcer,acetic acid-induced ulcer,were used to observe the anti-ulcer action of Weixishu granular formulation.The acidity and pepsin activity were measured in the pyloric ligation-induced ulcer rats.The levels of NO,SOD and MDA were measured in gastric mucosa of the acetic acid induced ulcer rats.Results Weixishu granular formulation significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress,pylorus ligation,hydrochloric acid alcohol and acetic acid,reduced the secretion of gastric acid and the activity of pepsin,increased the levels of NO,SOD and decreased the level of MDA in gastric mucosa.Conclusion Weixishu granular formulation has obvious anti-ulcer effect.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the secretion of gastric acid and the activity of pepsin and increase in the levels NO and SOD and decrease in the level of MDA in gastric mucosa.
