摘要
通过对社会体育指导员继续教育的现况分析和专业继续教育对社会体育指导员的影响,提出了如何提高单位培训机构的教学质量和提升社会体育指导员学习效率的建议,其理论为社会体育指导员今后的教育发展提供参考依据。
Through making analysis on social sports instructor continuing education and professional continuing education on the impact of social sports, this paper puts forward on how to improve the unit training institutions of teach quality and enhance social sports instructors learning efficiency. The main purpose is to provide reference for future development of community sports instructors.
