山区农村小学体育教师心理焦虑状况及对策研究

Research on Psychological Anxiety State of Sports Teachers in Rural Mountain Primary Schools in China

对山区农村小学体育教师心理焦虑状况进行了调查研究,结果发现:1)山区农村小学体育教师心理焦虑处于中等严重程度的水平,高于常人,呈现一些人口学特征因素的差异;2)造成山区农村小学体育教师产生过度焦虑的原因是内因外因、主观客观、高低心理需求多元的、交叉感染、作用的结果;3)彻底调适体育教师过度焦虑的情绪的根本是打通政府反哺、社会支持、学校治学和教师个体自主发展"四管齐下"策略。

This paper makes survey on psychological anxiety state of sports teachers in rural mountain primary schools. The result shows that the level of psychological anxiety of gym teachers is in middle level, higher than normal people, and shows the difference of demographical characteristics. The reason for this is the internal and external factor, subjective and objective causes, high and low mental demand and a cross - infection. The main strategy on adjustment for sports teacher＇ s over - anxiety is to get support from government and society and teacher＇s individual development.
