家庭访视对精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者的影响

Influence of Family Visit on Treatment Compliance in Schizophrenic Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的了解家庭访视对出院精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者依从性的影响。方法将82例出院精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各41例,观察组进行家庭访视,对照组不做干预。6个月后对两组病人遵医情况及不良生活方式的改变情况进行调查。结果观察组患者依从性及不良生活访视的改变明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对出院精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者进行家庭访视可提高其遵医的依从性。

Objective To study the effect of family visit to the out dischargeed schizophrenic patiens with diabetes. Methods 82 post - discharged schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly assigned to observation group and control group, family visit was undertaken in observation group, no intervention was undertaken in control group, treatment compliance and the change in unhealthy mode of life were assessed after 6 months. Results Treatment compliance and the change in unhealthy mode of life were better in observation group than those in control group. Conclusion Family visit can enhance treatment compliance in post - discharged schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus.
