论我国法学本科教育的定位与教学方法的改进

Research on the Location of Legal Bachelor's Education and Improvement of Teaching Methods in Our Country

我国法学本科教育仍应定位于基础教育、通识教育而不应定位于职业教育,但在进行通识教育的过程中要加大职业教育的内容。与此相对应,法学本科教育的教学方法仍应以传统的讲授法为主,但应该进一步完善讲授教学手段,提高教学质量。同时,应采取案例教学法、诊所式教学法、完善专业实习等方式提高学生的职业能力。

Education of legal bachelor still should be located in basis education and general education in our country,and not vocational education,But we should increase the content of vocational education during the general education. In contrast,as an traditional teaching method,method of lecture still is prior in education of legal bachelor,but it should be taught to further improve the teaching measures,in order to making up the teaching quality. At the same time,teaching method in the cases,the clinic teaching,and perfect professional practice should be adopted to improve the students＇ professional ability.
