宗教信仰自由权利在西藏的体现与保障——纪念西藏自治区成立四十五周年

The Embodiment and Protection of the Right of Freedom of Religious Beliefin Tibet:A Commemoration for the 45th Anniversary of the Founding of Tibet Autonomous Region

在我国,宗教信仰自由权利不仅得到政策的支持,而且得到法制的保障,既有国家层面的宪法、法律、法规、规章的确认,又有地方法规的细化与保障。包括西藏人民在内的各族人民都充分享受了宗教信仰的自由权利。本文根据相关民族宗教政策法律,联系西藏具体实际,为进一步保障宗教信仰自由权利,对西藏今后的宗教工作做出思考。

The freedom of Religious beliefin China is not only warranted by the governmental policies but also by laws of both national and regional levels.All Chinese people,including the different ethnic groups in Tibet enjoy the complete freedom of religious belief.Based on the present ethnic and religious policies and laws and the practical situation in Tibet,this paper presents some suggestions to the future religious work in Tibet in order to enhance the protection of the freedom of religious beliefin Tibet.
