摘要
现今中式餐饮流行的围桌合食的就餐方式与古时席地分餐的情况差别显著。中式宴饮由分餐走向合餐,中间经历了漫长的演变过程。分析了其中的影响因素,并根据其特点将其分为筵席阶段、床榻阶段和桌案阶段三个不同时期,概括了不同时期宴饮礼仪文化的特点,简要分析了我国宴饮礼仪的发展趋势。
Today the -popular habit of dining together around the table is obviously different from the dining separately on the woven mat in the ancient times, which experiences a long process of evolution. This paper analyzes the factors to influence the development and change, and divides this proeess into three stages: the stage of eating on woven mat, the stage on bed couch, and the stage on table; as well as summarizes the cultural characters of banquet etiquette of different stages.
