The Hierarchical Legal System of the Dai Society in the Period of the Yunan,the Ming and the Qing Dynasty

等级法律制度是元明清时期傣族社会重要的法律制度,它包括政治身份等级制度、宗教等级制度、性别等级制度和经济等级制度,这些等级制度尽管不一定合理,但是它规范着傣族社会成员的各种社会生活。在元明清时期,傣族社会等级制度的形成和发展有着一定的社会机制和历史阶段性。从一定意义上讲,傣族社会等级制度更是一种立法和司法实践的精神原则。

The hierarchical legal system of the Dai society,which was an important one in the period of the Yunan,the Ming and the Qing dynasty,was composed of the hierarchical system of political identity,the hierarchical system of religion,the hierarchical system of gender and the hierarchical system of economy,which were not all reasonable but could regulate the social life of the Dai people.Its emergence and development was related to some social mechanism and historical confinement.In a certain sense,the hierarchical legal system of the Dai society was a guiding principle of legislation and judicial practice.
