中国跨境经济合作区发展研究

Research on the development of Chinese Cross-border economic cooperation zone

目前中国跨境经济合作区的发展特点主要有:地缘特殊性、发展不对称性、产业反向梯度转移性、弓矢态势性和封闭综合与复合开放双重性。中国跨境区域经济合作发展策略是:1.提升跨境经济合作战略高度,推进自由贸易区合作进程。2.加强次区域经济合作交流,推进跨境区域合作发展进程;3.突破跨境区域合作的障碍,实现多点、多极、多元发展。

Generally,Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone is not only the innovated channel for promoting the integrated development of regional economy,but also the fresh model for realizing the bilateral trade freedom.Therefore,relying on the basis of the definition of regional cooperation among countries,this paper mainly focuses on discussing the major participants,features and so on within the cross-border economic cooperation zone.While at the same time,it is supposed to be combined with the current situation of three Chinese cross-border economic cooperation zones—Northeast,Northwest and Southwest under the context of sub-regional cooperation.The importance of establishing these zones,processes and development strategies are the three aspects I am going to concentrated on to find out the proper suggestions to frame the development of these zones better.
