茜草双酯-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备

摘要 目的研究茜草双酯-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以包合率为指标评价包合物制备工艺。结果最佳包合条件为:茜草双酯与羟丙基-β-环糊精摩尔比为1∶2,包合时羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度为15%,包合时间为1h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the preparation process of rubidate-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compoun.Methods With the inclusion rate of rubidate was used as evaluation criterion,orthogonal experimental design was used to select the optimal process of inclusion preparation.Results The optiaml process to prepare inclusion compound was that the molar ratio between rubidate and HP-β-CD was 1∶2,HP-β-CD concentration was 15%,and reaction time was 1h.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
