汉族人群白细胞介素-2基因多态性与鼻咽癌风险的关系

Relationship of genetic polymorphisms of interleukin-2 and risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Han population

目的研究四川汉族人群白细胞介素-2基因(IL-2)-330T/G及+114G/T基因多态性与鼻咽癌风险的关系。方法采用病例对照研究方法,PCR-RFLP检测180例汉族人和150例鼻咽癌患者IL-2-330T/G、+114G/T的多态性分布及与鼻咽癌风险的关系。结果病例组和对照组两多态性位点基因型频率分布无显著性差异(P>0.05),两多态性位点未增加个体患鼻咽癌的风险(P>0.05)。结论 IL-2-330T/G、+114G/T多态性与鼻咽癌易感性无关。

Objective To investigate the relationship of the polymorphisms of interleukin-2（IL-2）-330T/G,＋114G/T polymorphisms and the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Han population from Sichuan,China.Methods A case-control study was conducted involving 150 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 180 healthy controls to investigate the association between the polymorphism of IL-2-330T/G,＋114G/T and the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP technique.Results There was no significant difference in the genotypes of IL-2-330T/G,＋114G/T polymorphisms between cases and controls（P〉0.05）.In addition,genotypic frequency was not associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Conclusion Genetic polymorphisms of IL-2-330T/G,＋114G/T were not associated with susceptibility to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
