系统培训在老年患者静脉套管针穿刺术中的运用

The utiilization of systematically traning in integrated catheter puncture of elder patient

目的提高老年患者静脉套管针的穿刺成功率。方法选择行静脉套管针穿刺术、年龄为65～85岁的患者100例随机分为观察组63例和对照组37例。对照组,常规操作;观察组,对护士进行系统培训后进行操作,统计两组患者穿刺成功率及患者满意度。结果观察组与对照组患者穿刺成功率(98.41%vs.81.09%)及患者满意度(98.41%vs.75.68%)均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论对护士进行系统培训是提高老年患者静脉套管针穿刺成功率的关键。

Objective To improve the success rate of integrated catheter puncture of elder patient.Methods 100 patients between aged 65 to 85 years old,who hade been treated by integrated catheter puncture from Feb 2007 to Dec 2008,were randirnly devided into an experimental group （63） and a contral group （37）.For experimental group,nurses were systematically trained before treating;but no in contral group.Results there exist great differences in the success rate of puncture and the degree of satisaction between two groups.Conclusions The systematically training of nurses plays an important role in improving the success rate of integrated catheter puncture among elderly patients＇.
