水化治疗对老年冠状动脉造影患者造影剂肾病的防治 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察水化治疗能否降低高龄冠状动脉造影患者造影剂肾病(CIN)的发生率。方法 105例接受冠脉介入治疗的高龄患者(年龄(75岁),随机分为水化组(n=53)和对照组(n=52)。所有入选患者均于术前及术后第3天检测血肌酐水平,观察患者手术前后血肌酐水平的变化情况。结果两组患者的术前肌酐血水平、肌酐清除率及术中造影剂用量无明显差异,术后水化组CIN的发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组患者CIN的发生率(23.0%,P=0.03)。结论水化治疗能够有效降低高龄患者CIN发生率。
