摘要
新立城水库土坝为亚黏土均质坝,坝顶高程为223.95 m,防浪墙顶高程225.15 m,坝顶长2 680 m。2007年水利部大坝安全管理中心以坝函[2007]2703号文件《关于新立城等十四座水库三类坝安全鉴定成果的核查意见》,对大坝安全类别综合评定为:Ⅲ类,建议进行除险加固。针对新立城水库土石坝病险情况,对水库坝顶高程进行了复核并提出加固处理措施。
Xinlicheng reservoir dam is a sub-clay homogeneous dam. The crest elevation is 223. 95 re,the wave wall elevation is 225. 15 m, and the crest length is 2 680 m. In the document of 2007, the dam letter by the ministry of water resources dam safety management center to dam [2007] 2703 -- "the verification views on the safety outcome of Xinlicheng reservoir dam and other 14 reservoirs" the comprehensive assessment for the dam safety class is regulated as: III class. It proposed to eliminate the danger and make reinforcement. According to the dangerous situation of Xinlicheng reservoir dam,this paper proposes the review of the crest elevation and some measurements about reinforcement.
