摘要
全自动相控阵超声波检测技术(AUT)以及相应标准(ECA)的成功应用,对于提高检验速度、保证检验质量,控制质量成本有着非常重要的意义,通过依托PipeWIZARD系统,对AUT的基本原理进行了初步解析,并在海底管道铺设项目中与传统检测手段进行了对比分析,以阐述AUT在实际检测过程中的优越性。
With the successfully using of phased array automatic ultrasonic inspection (AUT) and ECA (engineering critical assessment) system,the special advantages make this technology outstanding, such as faster inspection speed, guaranteeing the inspection quality and controlling the quality and cost of individuals. This paper mainly analyzes the essential principle of AUT based on PipeWIZARD system, and makes a comparison with the traditional inspection method in order to indicate the superiority of AUT in the real inspecting process.
