摘要
传统的高校图书馆人力资源管理存在着诸多弊病。在信息高度发达的网络时代,高校图书馆应转变观念,创建人力资源管理新模式,调结构,定岗位,建立人才培养机制,从而提高馆员的业务素质,以便更好地服务读者。
There have existed many defects in the traditional human resource management of the college library. In the network age with highly developed information, college library should change its concept, construct a new model for the human resource management and establish a talent - training mechanism by adjusting the structure and setting posts so as to raise librarians' professional quality to serve readers in a better way.
