In current time,the electric power market regime in China should focus on how to bring in the diversified principals part for the investment,so the issue for the splitting and reconstructing the state-owned the electric power company is no longer the core of the academic theory.In order to achieve the diversification of the principal part for the investment,to make the joint-stock economy as the main style of the public economy,we should develop the state-owned capital,collective capital and other non-public ownership capital which take part in the diversified ownership economy.
