摘要
提出了一种基于SM2001的单相电压幅值连续可调的纯正弦波逆变电源的工作原理和电路结构。给出了该逆变电源系统的实验波形和结论,实验结果表明了电路设计的正确性和可行性。此系统可广泛应用于各种半导体测试台所需的电源以及各种需要电源输出电压为可调正弦波的设备。
This paper describes the operation principles and circuit scheme of a single-phase power supply through sinusoidal inverter on SM2001, whose output voltage amplitude can be regulated successively. The experimental wave and conclusions of the inverter power system are presented. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of our design. This system can be widely used in various semiconductor tests, as well as any situation that need adjustable sine wave power supply.
