湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤电灼创面的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic efficacy of topical application of MEBO in the treatment of electrocautery wounds of skin

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)外用治疗皮肤电烧灼伤创面的疗效。方法选择77例电灼后创面病人随机分为治疗组:外涂MEBO;对照组:外涂红霉素软膏。结果治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论 MEBO外用治疗电灼创面,疗程短、疗效可靠、使用方便、无副作用,为较好的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of topical application of moist exposed bum ointment （MEBO） in the treatment of electrocautery wounds of skin and explore the effective treatment. Methods Seventy-seven eases of electroeautery wounds of skin were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment groups treated with MEBO, the control group treated with erythromycin ointment. Results The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion Topical application of MEBO is a better therapeutic method for electrocautery wounds of skin. It has the advantages such as shorter course of treatment, reliable efficacy, convenient operation, no side effects.
