穴位埋线对脾(胃)气虚证家兔血清胃动素的影响

摘要 目的观察穴位埋线对脾(胃)气虚证家兔血清胃动素(Motilin,MOT)的影响。方法采用利血平造脾(胃)气虚证模型,观察各组家兔治疗前后血清胃动素含量等的变化。结果埋线组能改善脾(胃)气虚证症状,增加其进食量(P<0.01),降低脾(胃)气虚证血清胃动素含量(P<0.01),其疗效与中药组相近。结论穴位埋线疗法能明显改善家兔的脾(胃)气虚证症状体征及调节胃肠蠕动,从而改善其消化功能。 Objective To observe the impact of catgut embedding on serum's motilin (MOT) of rabbit with spleen (stomach) deficiency syndrome. Methods With the model of spleen (stomach) by reserpine molding method, the changes of serum MOT content of each group rabbits were observed before and after treatment. Results Embedding group could improve symptoms of the spleen (stomach) deficiency syndrome, increase the food intake(P 〈0.01), lower the MOT concentration of spleen (stomach) deficiency syndrome in serum (P〈0.01). Its efficacy was similar to that of the Chinese medicines group. Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy can greatly improve the rabbit's spleen (stomach) deficiency symptoms and the regulation of gastric motility, thus improving their digestive function.
