不同时期放置宫内节育器效果及带环妊娠临床分析

Effect of Intrauterine device Inserted at Different Time and Pregnancy with Contraceptive Ring

目的探讨分析不同时期置宫内节育器效果及带宫内节育器妊娠的原因。方法对88例带宫内节育器妊娠者进行统计分析。结果不同时期置环与带环受孕有明显的关系,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);带环妊娠者中环下移至宫内口者65例,位置正常者18例,另有节育器嵌顿、扭曲、变形者5例。结论月经期后置环,成功率远远超过其他两时期,是安全理想的置环时期;环位置异常是带环妊娠的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the effect of intrauterine device （IUD） inserted at different time and the causes of pregnancy with contraceptive ring. Methods 88 cases of women pregnancy with IUD were analyzed statistically. Results There was a relativity between insertion of IUD at different time and pregnancy with statistical difference （P〈0.01）. The location of IUD in 70 women changed, and was right in 18 women. Conclusion Postmenstrual insertion is the secure time. Ring malposition is the main cause of pregnancy with IUD.
