摘要
目的探讨迟发性创伤性脾破裂的临床特点,提高对迟发性脾破裂的认识,总结其诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾分析2001年1月至2009年12月我院收治的48例外伤性迟发性脾破裂病例的诊断和治疗过程。结果本组迟发性创伤性脾破裂48例,其中39例行脾切除术,9例非手术治疗,均痊愈出院,平均住院17.5天。结论迟发性创伤性脾破裂易误诊,提高对本病认识,关注腹部情况,行诊断性腹腔穿刺、腹腔灌洗、结合影像学检查是早期诊断的重要方法。
Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of delayed traumatic rupture of spleen. Method The diagnosis and treatment process of 48 cases of patients with delayed traumatic rupture of spleen from January 2001 to December 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Result 48 cases of delayed traumatic rupture of spleen, of whom 39 cases underwent splenec tomy and 9 cases were treated with non-surgery, were all well out of hospital, with an average hospitalization of 17.5 days. Conclusion Delayed traumatic rupture of spleen is easily misdiagnosed, for which the important methods of early diagnosis include more awareness and concerns, diagnostic stomach piercing, abdomi nal washing, and imaging examination.
