摘要
目的本文仅对医学科的护理管理的实践能力作一初步探讨。方法①康复护理的目的与内容;②规范护理管理体系③;完善各项护理工作制度;④康复护理管理的效果。结果对于树立创新教育观念,转变传统教育思想有一定帮助。结论提高护士的康复护理技术水平及基础理论水平是极其重要的。
A preliminary study on nursing management ability was helpful in establishing the concept of innovative education and in changing the traditional ideas of education. It is important for nurses to improve the skills of rehabilitation nursing and basic theories.
