摘要
目的对微量元素异常患儿的头发进行检测,观察微量元素变化对头发结构产生的影响。方法选出静脉血中微量元素异常的患儿,治疗前、后均取其枕部头发,在扫描电镜下观察头发表面毛小皮状态以及横截面的情况。结果治疗前、后比较,未发现有明显改变。结论儿童体内微量元素变化不能对头发结构产生显著的影响。
Objective To observe the impact of trace element changes on hair structure by testing the hair of children with abnormal trace elements. Methods The selected children with abnormal trace elements in blood were allowed a free choice of occipital hair before and after treatment, which surface and cross-section were observed under electron microscope. Results The comparison before and after treat- ment showed no significant changes. Conclusion Trace element changes in children can not have a significant impact on hair structure.
