推进高校师范专业学生顶岗实习支教的探索——以广东省的推进情况为研究背景

A Exploration of Promoting the Work of Replacement Teaching Practice in Normal Universities——The Situation in Guangdong Province as the Research Background

顶岗实习支教引起社会的广泛关注和教育部的高度重视,广东省高师院校认真组织和实施了顶岗实习支教工作。顶岗实习支教工作在实施过程中存在的缺乏指导、难于管理、经费紧张等问题,为了进一步推进顶岗实习支教工作,必须推进教师教育人才培养模式的改革、加强师范生实习前和实习过程的指导、创新顶岗实习支教的管理方式、拓展置换教师培训思路。

Replacement teaching practice has aroused widespread concern in society, especially the Ministr of Education. Colleges in Guangdong province carefully organized and implemented the replacement teaching practice. In this paper, the issues, such as lack of guidance, difficulty in management, shortage of funding in the implementation, are analyzed, and some thoughts are put forward to further promote the replacement teaching practice.
