一流大学师资队伍建设的着力点——我国34所“985工程”高校的实证研究

On the Force Points for Constructing Teaching Staff in Top Universities——An Empirical Study on 34 Colleges and Universities Listed in"985 Project"in China

采用我国34所"985工程"高校的数据,运用灰色关联分析方法,实证研究了师资队伍各要素与一流大学产出之间的关联度,发现师资队伍的国际化水平、高端汇聚程度和学术引领能力是影响大学产出的关键因素,并确定为一流大学师资队伍建设的着力点。

This paper researches the degree of association between the output of first-class universities and their teaching staff using the method of grey correlation analysis by adopting the truthful data from 34 colleges and universities listed in ＂985 Project＂ in China, and finds that the level of internationalization, the collection degree of excellent talents and the academic leading ability of teaching staff are the key factors influencing the output of colleges and universities, and they are also the force points for first-class universities to construct their teaching staff.
