摘要 苏里格气田地层压力系数低,压后返排困难,常规的压裂施工对储层的伤害较大,影响压裂增产效果。通过全程液氮伴注,增加压裂液返排能量,可加快压后返排速度,降低压裂液对储层的伤害。经过优化施工工艺,优选低伤害、高性价比压裂液体系,形成了适合苏里格气田的压裂改造工艺技术。 Sulige gasfield is characterized by low pressure,difficulty flowback after fracturing,and the conventional fracturing technology has large damage on reservoirs,which influences the yield increasing of fracture.With the injection of liquid nitrogen,and increasing of the flowback power of fracturing fluid,it can increase the flowback rate after fracturing and reduce the reservoirs damage by fracturing fluid.Optimizing construction technique,low damage and high performance-cost ratio fracturing fluid system,in the paper a series of hydraulic fracturing technique suitable to Sulige gas field are developed.
