聚驱后自生泡沫复合驱原油采收率研究 被引量:3

摘要 经实验筛选出稳定高效、经济可行的生气体系,得到较优自生泡沫体系配方。在此基础上,考察不同表面活性剂对体系的影响,并对自生泡沫体系的驱油效率进行评价。实验表明,在85℃条件下,生气剂质量分数为3%、起泡剂0.1%、稳泡剂0.12%的自生泡沫体系具有更好的稳定性和实用性。表面活性剂的加入可以更好地降低体系与原油之间的界面张力,提高驱油效率。 The foamer and foam stabilizer with a high efficiency,which is steady,economic and easily operated,have been selected in this research after a great deal of experiment.Finally,the excellent self-generating foam system is obtained.On this basis,study the impact on systems by different surfactants and evaluate the oil displacement efficiency of self-generating foam systems.The experimental result indicates that: at 85℃ condition,when blowing agent content is 3%,foamer 0.1%,foam stabilizer 0.12%,self-generating foam system has better stability and practicality.Surfactant joined can better reduce the petroleum sulfonate between systems and crude oil,and improve the oil displacement efficiency.At long sand pack physical analog experiment,self-generating foam systems can enhance oil recovery further after polymer flooding,when using alternate injection manner,it is better for displacement characteristics.
