Virtue construction is the first priority and basis for university teachers＇construction.In the new period of full implementation of the strategy of revitalizing China through talented persons,teachers＇ virtue should be fully realized and the connotation of virtue should be accurately understood.Through the construction of studying type of teachers,we carry out multi-moral educational activities,develop fine examples＇ role,strengthen young teachers＇ training and development,set up long-term mechanism,and constantly strengthen and improve virtue construction.
