胫骨近端缓慢延长术在下肢缩短畸形中的应用

Effect of Slow Lengthening on Proximal Tibia in the Treatment of Lower Limb Shorter Deformity

目的研究胫骨近端缓慢延长术在下肢缩短畸形治疗中的应用。方法对27例以小腿缩短为主的下肢缩短畸形患者进行胫骨近端截骨缓慢延长治疗,并观察疗效。结果所有患者均达到预期治疗目的 ,延长达3.5～7.2cm,延长率平均为(21.63±4.02)%。结论胫骨近端缓慢延长术治疗以小腿缩短为主的下肢缩短畸形疗效较好。

Objective To study the effect of slow lengthening of the proximal tibia in the treatment of lower limb shorter deformity. Methods Twenty seven cases with lower limb shortening deformity were treated with proximal tibial osteotomy and slow extending. Results All patients achieved desired effects, with the extended length of 3.5-7.2 cm and the average lengthening rate of （21.63 ± 4.02）%. Conclusion The slow lengthening therapy of the proximal tibia can effectively reduce the lower extremity deformity and the clinical effects are satisfactory.
