组织工程化气管的研究进展

摘要 先天畸形、外伤和肿瘤等引起的气管缺损临床常见,长段气管狭窄患者的死亡率可高达77%,长段气管闭锁的死亡率基本为100%。气管缺损较短时(〈6cm),首先考虑断端拉拢吻合.
