成人颅盖骨厚度测量与临床意义

目的测量并分析成人正常颅盖骨厚度，探讨其在临床诊疗中的应用价值。方法分别测量130例完整成人干颅骨不同部位骨骼厚度。结果颅盖骨的厚度因性别、年龄、个体及部位而不同，男性、女性骨骼厚度存在不同部位的差异。结论颅盖骨厚度在临床诊疗中是重要的参考因素。在涉及颅盖骨骨折的治疗和头颅顶盖部位的神经外科手术操作中，了解不同部位骨骼厚度差异，将有助于避免一些并发症的发生。

Objective To measure and analyze the thickness of calvarium, and to discuss its value of clinical utilization. Method The thickness in different parts of 130 normal human calvariums was measured. Result The thickness of calvarium was difference due to gender, age, individual and parts, the male and female are different in parts. Conclusion The thickness of calvarium is an important reference in clinical treatment. Measurement of the thickness will help to avoid and reduce some syndromes in calvarium fracture and neurosnrgery operation near calvarium cap.
