摘要
论述了提高焊膏印刷生产效率的一些创新技巧,通过这些方法可以合理地大幅度缩短焊膏印刷的时间,提高刮刀运行的速度。讨论了从优化模板设计、扩展视觉扫描和计算机分析运算能力、改善印刷设备的工作效率、使印刷机更加智能化、缩短补充填料时间、改进清洗工序、优化整体印刷工艺等角度提出创新技术改进方法。
This paper mainly discusses some innovative techniques to improve efficiency of solder paste production.These methods are able to reduce time cost of solder paste printing,improve squeegeeing.The improved innovative technologies focus on optimizing procedure,extending power of visual scanning and computer analysis,improving efficiency of printing equipment and waking printer more intelligent.
