由于患者隐私利益与血亲亲属健康利益的需求不同,对"共享"基因信息是否披露的态度截然不同,由此产生的冲突亟待解决。在分析国外各种解决方案的利弊的基础上,建议设立专业委员会,根据利益衡量和权利协调原则决定是否披露"共享"基因信息以解决患者与血亲亲属的利益冲突。

A patient′s privacy interests are in conflict with his blood-kinships′ health interests,which results in contradictory attitudes towards the exposition of ＂shared＂ genetic information.An extensive study of solutions adopted in foreign countries demonstrates that it is necessary to establish a committee that will decide,according to interest measurement and right coordination,whether ＂shared＂ genetic information should be exposed.
