It is very important for the venture capital firm to conduct the initial evaluation and selection during the venture capital,which is directly related to the effect of the investment and,at the same time,determines the risk of the investment behavior.In this paper,the Beijing Pairs of Heron Pharmaceutical is taken as an example to explore the using of Gray correlation analysis method during the selection process of enterprise and an empirical analysis is made so as to provide guidance for the company′s further investment activities.
