摘要
该文介绍了水箱实现无底阀排水水箱容积的确定方法和水箱结构设计。在水箱结构设计中增加了受水箱、上部安装补水阀、底部设计为倾斜的锥形结构并安装排污阀。该设计结构具有水箱容积小和水箱底部沉淀物容易排除的特点,保证了吸水装置和系统的安全,并说明了水箱制作、安装和使用应注意的问题。
This paper introduces the method of confirming volume of water tank without bottomalve and the configuration design in which it adds input tank,input valve on top,cone-shaped bottom and blow-down valve.The design,reducing the volume of water tank and making the dregs in tank removed easily,ensures the safety of suction device and system.Meanwhile,the paper illustrates the noticeable problems to make,fix and use the water tank.
